Citizenship Application

Canadian immigration is purposely geared towards bringing in the most qualified and adaptable people in the world. So it should not come as a surprise that Canada wants its immigrants to become contributing Canadian citizens.

Temporary Resident Visa

Many clients from non-visa-exempt countries have no idea how rigorous Canada is when it comes to assessing a “simple” visitor visa. As many non-visa-exempt applicants have found (often the hard way), obtaining a visitor’s visa to Canada, or“temporary resident visa” (TRV), is not easy. Unfortunately, this is especially true for nationals in developing countries.

Inadmissability

If you are inadmissible to Canada, you will need to file an application for criminal rehabilitation for permanent entry relief into Canada. An application for rehabilitation is generally filed outside of Canada. However, in some cases an applicant, such as a foreign worker with a temporary resident permit, can file and at an inland office.
